Terms and conditions

The owner of the online store Klashify.com (hereinafter referred to as "Online Store") is Amelia OÜ (registration code 16701360), located at Paavli 5/1, 201, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia.

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product, and Price Information

The terms and conditions apply to purchases made from the Online Store.

Prices for products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. The price includes the cost of delivery, which will be displayed to the buyer during the checkout process. All prices are in euros.

The cost of delivery depends on the buyer’s location and the method of delivery. The delivery cost will be displayed to the buyer during the checkout process.

Information about the goods is provided directly next to the goods in the Online Store.

Order Placement

To order a product, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required data fields must be filled out, and a suitable delivery method for the products must be selected. The total cost, which can be securely paid via the following payment methods, will then be displayed:

  • Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Bank, Citadele, Revolut, N26
  • Estonian deferred payment solutions: Inbank Pay Next Month, Inbank Pay in Parts, Inbank Hire Purchase
  • Visa/Mastercard payments
  • Finnish bank payments: Danske, Nordea, OP
  • Latvian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor, Revolut, N26
  • Lithuanian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor, Revolut, N26

Your company is the data controller of personal data. Your company forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

NB! When paying via bank link, be sure to click the "Return to Merchant" button on the bank's page.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment is made outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying via a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller has no access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The agreement takes effect once the amount payable has been credited to the Online Store’s account.

The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered online course cannot be delivered or accessed due to unforeseen technical issues or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed at the earliest opportunity. Any payments made will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notice.

 

Return and Refund Policy for Klashify

Given the nature of our products, which include digital content and live courses, our return and refund policies are as follows:

  • Digital Courses: Once access to a digital course has been granted, refunds are not available. If you have not accessed the course and wish to request a refund, you may do so within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at katlin@klashify.com.

  • Live Courses: For live courses, refunds will be provided if cancellation is requested no later than 14 days before the course start date. If the live course is canceled by Klashify, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to katlin@klashify.com.

Right to File a Complaint

Klashify is responsible for any non-conformity or defects in the online courses sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and which become apparent within two years from the date of delivery to the buyer. Within one year of the date of delivery to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. Klashify bears the burden of proving otherwise.

The buyer has the right to file a complaint regarding a defect within two months of discovering the defect by sending an email to katlin@klashify.com or by calling [your contact number].

Klashify is not responsible for defects that arise after the online course has been delivered to the buyer.

If the online course purchased from Klashify has defects for which Klashify is responsible, Klashify will repair or replace the defective course. If the course cannot be repaired or replaced, Klashify will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales agreement.

Klashify will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

Klashify uses the personal data provided by the buyer only for processing the order and delivering the course to the buyer. Klashify forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to authorized processors such as payment service providers.

Klashify sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has given consent by entering their email address on the website and has indicated their wish to receive direct marketing communications.

The buyer can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent to their email at any time by notifying us via email at katlin@klashify.com or by following the instructions provided in any promotional email.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has any complaints regarding Klashify, they should be sent by email to katlin@klashify.com

If the buyer and Klashify are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, the buyer may submit a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of procedure can be reviewed and a complaint can be submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee has the authority to resolve disputes arising from the contract between the buyer and Klashify. The review of the buyer's complaint in the committee is free of charge.

The buyer may also refer to the European Union’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
